Privacy policy and data protection notice (KVKK)

In short

• No account, no ads, no tracking or analytics.
• Sounds are generated on your device; we do not download audio files or record your microphone.
• Your settings, favourites, studio recipes and notes stay only on this device, in your browser's local storage.
• The server keeps only the technical records needed to deliver pages (IP address, browser type, requested address) for a short time.

Kept on your device

The following are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are not sent to a server: safety acknowledgement, master volume and channel preference, theme, favourites, studio draft and saved recipes, Focus pattern, tone-balance result, MIDI mappings, your listening history (session, date, duration), journal entries, end-of-session notes and discomfort reports.

Journal entries, end-of-session notes and discomfort reports may relate to your health, so they stay only on your device. You can export all of them as JSON from the Settings page or delete them with one button.

Your journal leaves the device only when you ask, as an encrypted backup (AES-GCM; the key is derived from your passphrase and recovery code). Your passphrase and recovery code are never sent to us; the backup file cannot be opened without them.

Processed on the server

When you open the site, the hosting server and content delivery network record your IP address, browser information, the requested address and the time in order to serve the request and prevent abuse. These records are kept for at most 30 days and IP addresses are shortened. Legal basis: KVKK art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest: security of the service).

Share links carry the recipe inside the link itself. When a link is opened, the server reads the recipe only to build the page and does not store it; the address may appear in the technical records above.

We plan to use a content delivery network with servers outside Türkiye (Cloudflare). Once it is in use, the transfer safeguards under KVKK art. 9 and the provider's name will be stated on this page.

Microphone

The microphone is requested only in two tools and only when you press the button: to show the names of output devices and for the approximate response measurement. No audio is recorded, stored or sent; the stream is closed when the measurement ends.

Not collected

Location, advertising identifiers, contact lists, audio recordings and cross-app tracking data are not collected. No cookies are used.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to object and to claim compensation. Data on your device is already under your control. Requests about server records are answered within 30 days at the latest.

Changes

If accounts, sync, analytics or payments are added, this notice is updated beforehand; separate consent is requested where explicit consent is required.
